Before, I was a pessimist, a negative thinker. My attitude was bitter and filled with hatred for myself and jealousy for others around me. I was always angry at the world and couldn't understand why bad things were happening to me. After years of battling depression and anxiety, I decided to seek help. I wanted to heal and grow. I read about Laws of Attraction, the beliefs that "like attracts like." Positive thoughts, feelings, words, and actions produces positive energies. The energy you put out into the Universe will come back to you. By deprograming my mindset from negative to positive thinking through meditation, words of encouragement and visualizing positive outcomes, I started to see the good in life. I found happiness, abundance and inner peace. A negative mindset will never give you a positive life. Remember, to stay optimistic!
